A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Westminster for the Good Business Matters mass lobby of parliament.

A big thank you to everyone who took the time on Wednesday 21st October to go to Westminster for the Good Business Matters mass lobby of parliament.

We were there with hundreds of other activists from other Friends of the Earth groups, trade unions and human rights groups.

After a slightly soggy mass rally and photo with the bunting that everyone helped make, we met with out MPs.

We asked them to take steps to support the Business, Human Rights and Environent Act which would compel UK companies to clean up their supply chains and not damage the environment or harm people around the world.

Both Daisy Cooper MP and Victoria Collins MP were very supportive and we will be back in touch with them to answer their queries and provide more details of the steps they can take.

You might have seen that the University of Exeter and The Earthshot Prize identified 51 ready-to-go environmental solutions designed to trigger rapid, self-reinforcing "positive tipping points" to repair the planet, and cleaning up supply chains was a top solution.

It would be great to think that, through this campaign, we could be a small part of that solution.
