Agenda for 3rd December:

Catching up - we'll have a quick round up of where we've got with current activities including 20sPlenty and tree planting.

Looking forward - we'll share plans for events to look forward to in the new year like a Veganuary cookery evening and SustFest 21.

Your ideas - We're delighted that St. Albans District Council has developed its own Sustainability and Climate Crisis Strategy - but how can we help ensure that everyone in the District starts taking action to reduce their own carbon footprint? What do you think prevents us from acting? What might help remove those barriers?

And finally - festive tips - can you bring one tip to share for a more sustainable Festive Season?

We usually meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 8.00pm at our regular venue of the Crown Pub on Hatfield Road to discuss our latest campaigns, including air pollution, bee friendly initiatives and the activities we are running for that month.

Enjoy a drink and discuss the latest environmental issues and campaigns with like minded people in a friendly atmosphere. We'd love to see you there.

2020 Update:

Until we are able to meet in a Covid-19 secure environment, our meetings will be held remotely over Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Email if you'd like to come along.
