Join the lobby in Westminster to tell MPs
No More Profit From Harm

DaisyCooperAndStAlbansMembers.jpg

On Wednesday 21st October we'll be going to Westminster to ask our MPs to take action to ensure that UK companies can't profit from harm to people and the environment around the world - and it would be great if you could come. The above photo was at the United for Warm Homes lobby that we attended last year and everyone who went found it so uplifting and worthwhile. Last year we took our community scarves. This year we'll have our swing tag bunting.

If you'd like to come on 21st then you'll need to fill out this form beforehand and email your MP using the template. It's super easy but necessary...

If you can then let me know so that we can make arrangements for the day - just send an email to stalbansfoe@hotmail.com.

Fancy a Film Night?

The People's National Emergency Briefing shows experts talking frankly about the effects of human induced climate changes, and the reactions of people to this information - some famous people and some ordinary people. The film is only being shown in community settings and screenings are accompanied by a discussion and ideas for action. Most people find the experience helpful and empowering.

There are lots of screenings planned in our area so now would be a great time to see this film that's sweeping the nation. See where screenings are planned on this map and, if you can, take a friend.
